Dr. Eric Tuggle is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as a Fellow in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Tuggle and his wife Tonya both attended Abilene Chrisian University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Oklahoma in 2005, then began specialty training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma. He served as Chief Resident and completed residency in 2009. He and his family located to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2009.
- He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, and the New Mexico Dental Association.
- Dr. Tuggle is on staff at the Presbyterian Hospital System and at select Lovelace Hospitals in Albuquerque.
- He is triple certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support through the American Heart Association and American College of Surgeons.
- He passed the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery and is the only doctor in New Mexico who has achieved this distinction, making him the state’s only double-board certified facial cosmetic surgeon.
Dr. Tuggle offers a wide range of facial surgery services with a special interest in facial cosmetic surgery and dental implants.
He lives in Albuquerque with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid pilot, tennis player, and the family is active in their local church, Calvary Chapel.
